A small team shipping self-hosted AI.
We are operators-turned-builders. Each of us has spent enough years running production systems to know that "deploy it yourself" usually means "spend a weekend on YAML files." We do the YAML so you don't have to.
If your data is your edge, it should not leave the building.
Hosted AI services are extraordinarily good — and extraordinarily generous with the data they are given. For most internal use cases, that is a trade we no longer need to make.
The open-source model ecosystem caught up faster than anyone expected, and the operational tooling around it (n8n, Ollama, OpenWebUI) is mature enough to run in production without three months of glue code.
selfaiwizard compresses that month-of-glue-code into a few days, and leaves you with documentation good enough that the next engineer who inherits the system can understand it without us in the room.
Four principles that shape every build.
Ownership first
Every credential, artefact, and dataset stays on your infrastructure. We work with read access to deliver, not custody.
Boring tools, well-tuned
Mature open-source projects, tuned. No bespoke frameworks, no exotic dependencies you cannot Google.
Documented or it did not happen
Every install ships with a runbook, a backup script, and a recorded walkthrough.
Honest scope
We say no to scope that does not fit a tier. Plans are sized so you know what you are buying.
Have a workflow in mind?
If you can describe the workflow in two paragraphs, we can usually scope it within a day.
